BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are limited to 80 seats only, and they will be on a “first come first serve” basis. Reservation should be received in advance by the UCAM office – at the latest by noon two (2) days prior to the event, on the 8 December 2011. Payments must be received prior to the event. Unless a cancellation of a reservation is received at least there (3) days before the event, on the 7 December 2011, members will still be charged for the booking, as UCAM makes commitments to the Smokehouse Restaurant.
